The third meeting-discussion of the “Fall Book Club 2025” program took place, which was held by the book club moderators Julia Abrahamyan and Gevorg Petrosyan.
At this meeting, the participants discussed the third and fourth chapters of the book, which dealt with the topics of “Jeremiah Sliney” and “Dwight Langley”.
During the discussion, the participants mentioned what made the Sliney children selfish. They also touched on the question of whether the Slineys deserved the coldness and selfishness of their children, considering that they also betrayed Kay Gonda.
In the second part of the meeting, the participants expressed their opinions about the character of Dwight Langley and whether it would have been easier for him to continue living in the world created for him, or, in the end, it would have been better for him to see the real Kay Gonda.
