At the beginning of the event, ARCA executive director and JGS Armenian program coordinator Gor Badalyan gave a welcome speech. He congratulated the graduates of the program and thanked them for their activity and responsibility. The active involvement of all 22 graduates throughout the program was specially emphasized.

All this was followed by the handing over of graduation certificates and book-gifts to the young graduates.
