The educational and philosophical program “John Galt School 2024” continues.
Within the framework of the sixth course-discussion of the program, the speaker Naira Iritsyan presented to the participants “Who is John Galt?” the topic.
At the beginning of the speech, the participants were introduced to the main points of Ayn Rand’s book “Atlas Shrugged” and the story of the creation of the main character John Galt. Then the participants answered the question, what role does reason play in human actions and decisions?
The course continued with a video presentation of John Galt’s speech. Reflecting on John Galt’s philosophy, the attendees noted how it works in today’s society and what characters are similar to John Galt.
In the second part of the course, an active discussion was held on character contrasts, economic systems and moral principles.
