“Hello Objectivism 2024” program was launched at YSU.
Effective cooperation between ARCA and YSU “Philosophy and Psychology” faculty continues. “Hello Objectivism 2024” program was launched at YSU.
During the first course-discussion, speaker of the program Yeranuhi Manukyan presented to the participants “Ayn Rand and ObjectivismMetaphysics: “Reality over Faith” topic.
At the beginning of the course, Rand’s biography and its significant role in the formation of the philosophy of Objectivism were presented. The speaker gave the main definitions of the discussed philosophy, presented Ayn Rand’s approaches to various issues. Comparisons were also made with the philosophers from whom Rand was influenced.
In the second part of the course, an active question-and-answer discussion took place. The speaker gave interesting and thought-provoking answers.
